Sulforaphane is a compound within the isothiocyanate group of organosulfur compounds. It is obtained from cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbages. It is produced when the enzyme myrosinase transforms glucoraphanin, a glucosinolate, into sulforaphane upon damage to the plant (such as from chewing), which allows the two compounds to mix and react. Young sprouts of broccoli and cauliflower are particularly rich in glucoraphanin.

SULFORAPHANE
 Broccoli Sprouts -sulforaphane -lycopene:
Derived from broccoli sprouts which are crushed before the extraction. Rich in vitamins A, C, K, E and folic acid. In addition they are a good source of minerals iron, calcium and potassium, and contains a wide variety of antioxidants (carotenoid, flavonoids, chlorophyll and glucosinolates). Sulforaphane (Sulforaphane) is much "present" in what is known as epigenetics - that is, changes of the genetic material, DNA, which is not transmitted from one generation to the next, but which reversibly alters gene function.
There is much that can be said of sulforaphane, but it is recommended that you examine by yourself. (It appears that DNA methylation and HDAC inhibition (HDAC is an enzyme that changes the way histone binds to DNA), which can be influenced by sulforaphane and maintains good cell function.) -helps to dissolve the fat and cholesterol in years, which is very important in order to avoid, for ia arteriosclerosis and cirrhosis. There is a lot you should know abouth lycopene. We recommend to study this by yourself.
